feat(new tool): Ed25519 Key Pair Generator
Fix #281 (ed25519 key pairs, passphrase and openssh format) Supports generation in PEM, PKCS#8, OpenSSH Standard (with or without passphrase), OpenSSH (new format) and PuTTY (no passphrase)
