feat(rsa-key-generator): passphrase and formats

Fix #281 (rsa with passphrase and comment)
Supports many formats: PEM (with or without passphrase), PKCS#1, PKCS#8, OpenSSH Standard (with or without passphrase), OpenSSH (new format) and PuTTY
